Providers and brokers must submit bids and include their commissions and fees for processing the settlement transaction.  A private message board and CRM is provided for all parties involved in the process to track their communication. 

Brokers and Providers of settlements use SettlementGateway.com to increase their business by acquiring these leads in an auction process.  Providers receive the beneficiaries’ information and necessary files to proceed with transaction after the closing of auction assuming they have the best offer.

Instructions for Consumers (beneficiaries) and their Financial Advisors
1. Register for a free account.  You will receive a confirmation email that requires you to confirm your identity. 
2. Login and select the heading link “Sell”. 
3. Select the category and follow the on screen instructions to list your application.
4. After completing the listing process you will be able to manage your auction, view bids, select bids, and communicate with users.
6. Advisors can set up several auctions in different categories allowing you to list all your clients.
7. After the action is completed and you have chosen a provider you can use the Private Message Board to record all communication.  We recommend this.

Instructions for Providers (Brokers)
1. Register for membership.  Your application will require admin approval.
2. Input payment information.
3. Sign agreement.  Fax and mail agreement along with photocopies of driver’s license and payment card.
4. Upon receipt you will now have the ability to view all auctions.  Users can search or choose categories to find the auctions you are interested in bidding on.
5. Each user has their own control panel allowing you to watch auctions, bid on auctions.
6. Any questions can be answered using our online help of contact us using our online chat, ticketing system, or call us.

Fees: (For Providers Only)

Beneficiaries and their advisors can use this auction marketplace for free.  Advisors can receive commissions from our fees from Providers if they choose to accept. 
1. Providers (Brokers) are charges a licensing fee.  This currently is $2000/year.
2. For each lead that a provider wins using the auction process the fee is 0.50% of the bid amount.  For example if a provider quotes a beneficiary a $100,000 payout for their life insurance policy, Settlement Gateway Inc. collects $500 immediately from that Provider prior to information being exchanged.
3. Providers using the service also are required to as part of our agreement to pay Settlement Gateway Inc. 20% of their commission upon funding of the settlement acquired using SettlementGateway.com.

SettlementGateway.com provides all the necessary information for providers to quote.  No fees will be refunded.  Membership must cancel 72 hours prior to next monthly charge.  Settlement Gateway Inc. requires all providers that process settlements from auctions on the SettlementGateway.com site to include Settlement Gateway Inc. in escrow instructions as receiver of funds for commission.  Prior to activating your account we must receive a signed agreement for payment of all fees.
